At the same time, to provide a better real-time call interaction experience, we will collect and analyze your voice input to distinguish user voice and environmental sound, etc., to achieve voice enhancement effects.
b. Under the premise of secure encryption technology processing and strict de-identification and unable to re-identify specific individuals, we may use the above-collected data and the corresponding replies generated by the model for model training to continuously adjust and optimize the model's performance. If you do not wish other information to be used for model training and optimization, you can contact us through the contact information published in Article 9 of this Privacy Policy and request to withdraw the use of your data for model training and optimization.
c. When you actively take or input pictures, voice, etc., we will request you to authorize the camera, photo album, and microphone permissions according to the type of information you input. If you refuse authorization, you will not be able to take pictures or input picture and voice information, but it will not affect your use of other functions of [Visual AI].
d. When we identify that your input questions may be related to your location, with your authorization, we will collect location information related to this service to provide you with accurate and relevant content and information. Location information includes precise location information such as GPS sensors, WLAN access points, Bluetooth (Bluetooth), and base stations, as well as approximate location information obtained from network location information (such as base stations, IP addresses, and WLAN). Precise location information is personal sensitive information. If you refuse to authorize location permissions, it will affect the accuracy of positioning, but it will not affect the normal use of other functions and services. e. If the chat messages, submitted information, and other content you input include personal information of others, please be sure to obtain the legal authorization of others before providing such information to avoid improper disclosure of others' information.
1.2 Intelligent Search
When we recognize that you may have search intentions, we will collect and analyze the information you actively input (including text or voice) to automatically provide you with real-time search results. Some search results may be related to your location, and to display these search results, we will collect your geographic location information.
1.2.1 Location-based Intelligent Search Services (LBS)
When you ask us for information about nearby locations, for example, you ask "Where is the nearby café?", to reply to your question (i.e., to recommend nearby shops and/or service information to you), we may collect your precise geographic location. This geographic location may include: precise geographic location information obtained from sensor information such as GPS sensors, WLAN access points, Bluetooth (Bluetooth), and base stations. We only collect your precise geographic location when you have a clear scenario of looking for nearby locations.
Precise geographic location information is sensitive personal information. If you refuse to provide it, we will not recommend information about nearby locations based on the geographic location obtained from GPS sensors, but it will not affect the normal use of other functions we provide. We will only display content or services that may be relevant based on approximate geographic location information.
1.2.2 Intelligent Navigation Services (LBS)
When you ask us to provide navigation services, we may collect the aforementioned precise geographic location of yours.
We only collect your precise geographic location when you have a clear scenario of looking for nearby locations.
Precise geographic location information is sensitive personal information. If you refuse to provide it, we will not provide navigation services, but it will not affect the normal use of other functions we provide. We will only display content or services that may be relevant based on approximate geographic location information.

Customer Service and Issues: To facilitate contact with you, help you solve problems as soon as possible, or record the processing plans and results of related issues, we may save your communication/call records and related content (including account information, feedback information, other information you provide to prove related facts, or the contact information you leave).
b. 1.5 Operations and Safe Operation/Security
1.5.1 Operations and Security Protection
We are committed to providing you with safe and reliable products and usage environments, and providing high-quality and reliable services and information is our core goal. To maintain the normal operation of our services and protect your or other users' or the public's legitimate interests from loss, we will collect necessary information for maintaining the safe and stable operation of products or services.

Statistical Analysis: Partners conducting advertising and promotion and providing related analysis services may need to use your device, network, advertising and promotion clicks, browsing, display, and conversion data for analysis, measurement, and improvement of the effectiveness of advertising and promotion services.

After you cancel your account, we will stop providing any services to you and delete all information related to your account or process the related information anonymously.
